When looking at fresh, non-fermented samples, UBFC averaged NDFD-30 scores of 60.0 (compared to non-BMR hybrids at 57.7) and TTNDFD scores of 46.0 (compared to non-BMRs at 42.8). Incredibly, it isn’t just the fiber digestibility scores that impress. In the same testing, UBFC showed nearly identical starch digestbility as the non-BMR hybrids, with 7-hour starch scores averaging 66.4 (compared to 66.5 in the non-BMR hybrids).
